Signs Your Pet Should Be Seen:

  • Diarrhea/Vomiting
  • Not Eating or Drinking
  • Dehydration/Excessive Drinking
  • Skin Allergies: Itching, Rashes, Hot Spots
  • Persistent Coughing and Sneezing
  • Urinary Tract Problems: Frequency, Straining, or Blood
  • Ear Infections: Head Shaking, Ear Discharge
  • Poison/Toxin Ingestion: When a pet ingests harmful substances, immediate care is crucial. We provide rapid intervention, including inducing vomiting when appropriate, and counteract toxins to prevent damage.

What We Don’t Treat

While we strive to provide comprehensive urgent care, there are cases better managed by an emergency veterinary hospital including:

  • Serious trauma, such as being hit by a car
  • Collapse or loss of consciousness
  • Major wounds and lacerations
  • Multiple seizures
  • Stopped breathing
  • Cardiac arrest

You know your pet better than anyone else.

If you notice changes in their behavior or sense that they’re acting unusual, it could be the first signs of a health issue. Call us to determine if an urgent care visit in our office or a trip to an emergency veterinary hospital is best.
